13 years ago, Mita experienced first hand how yoga can heal acute physical ailments and how mindfulness can change a person’s awareness of life.  

This life-changing experience inspired her to embark on a journey to discover other such wellness practices that help elevate individual health and well-being.

By making these holistic healing practices more accessible; she wants to change people’s approach to health from reactive to preventive.
