INFRARED SAUNA

What is Infrared Sauna?

Infrared therapy harnesses the energy of infrared light to provide a unique healing experience. Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared light waves to penetrate your body, promoting a range of therapeutic benefits.

At Bodhsara, we offer state-of-the-art Infrared Sauna sessions, allowing you to tap into the remarkable healing potential of this alternative therapy.

Benefits of Infrared Sauna

How is Infrared Sauna Done?

Infrared saunas emit infrared light waves that penetrate deep into your body, gently raising your core temperature. This induces a natural and pleasant sweat, promoting detoxification and supporting your body's natural healing processes. The soothing heat of the infrared light creates a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, nourishing your body and mind.
